  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes being unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number and instructions via email. Please include this RMA number on your return package.
3. Preparing Your Return
  • Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Label: If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Affix this label to your return package. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, you may use any carrier of your choice.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: We offer free returns for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  • International Returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
