- Economy: 5 to 8 business days • Orders $50.00 and up FREE
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days • Orders 0lb–5lb $4.90
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days • Orders 5lb–70lb $19.90
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days • Orders 0lb–1lb $6.90
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days • Orders 1lb–5lb $9.90
- Express: 1 to 2 business days • Orders 0lb–5lb $23.99
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Standard Shipping (U.S. Orders): 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S. Orders): 1-2 business days
- We use a variety of carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic orders.
- For international orders, we partner with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.
- P.O. Box Addresses: We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses for Standard Shipping but not for Expedited Shipping.
- International Destinations: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may be restricted due to shipping carrier limitations or customs regulations.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, will issue a replacement or refund for the lost or damaged items.
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
